Acquired April 2003. Took a chance on this one. The game was converted to a "Skins Game", and I was hoping that the artwork below the thick speckle paint was preserved, to my delight it was near perfect. It was a definite challenge to do this one, and I feel really good about the way this came out. A real lot of time and effort (not to mention $$$) was put into restoring this classic. The front panel as you can see was burnt, looks like someone tried to take the speckle paint off with a heat gun... In the process they burned the underlying artwork. I removed the front panel and stripped off the paint, scanned it into my computer and repaired the front panel digitally. Came out fairly well, although I would replace the entire panel with an original should one in nice shape ever come my way.
